The town centre is best accessed by leaving the site using Broyle Road. You then arrive at Northgate where a subway takes you across to North Street. The footpath alongside College Lane is narrower, darker and adjacent to the carriageway, making it less attractive.
St Richard's Hospital is a medium-sized District General Hospital. It has approximately 400 beds including 6 ITU beds and a High Dependency Unit, and Accident & Emergency. Recently, the Chichester Treatment Centre was opened, which seeks to speed up the treatment of patients on a day care basis. The hospital can be accessed directly through Graylingwell Park by using Connolly Way and Graylingwell Drive.
Located about ¾ mile south of the site on College Lane. There is also a bus service that runs from the Univeresity site to Bognor Regis that can be used by residents.

The route starts at Chichester (near to Bishop Luffa school) and finishes at West Dean.
